• Do I need an appointment for ID photos?

Yes, the entire process for ID photos (shooting-editing-printing) takes about 10-20 minutes per person.

If you visit without an appointment, you may have to wait a long time.

• When should I make a reservation?

If the desired time slot is available, you can make a reservation up to 30 minutes before the start of the session.

• Are there any special instructions?

Yes, please avoid wearing white clothing, coloured contact lenses, and thick-rimmed glasses.

For women, do not wear hairpins or hair ties with visible colours, and avoid hairstyles that involve tying the hair up above the head.

• At what age can we schedule a photo session?

We can photograph babies starting from one week old.

Babies under 3 months who cannot sit up and hold their heads will be photographed lying down.

Due to the additional editing required, there is an extra fee for babies under 3 months and those under 12 months.

• Is retouching included?

Yes, we provide basic colour correction and skin retouching that do not alter the original shape.

Since ID photos are used for identification purposes, we do not perform shape retouching.

• What if my photo gets rejected?

Since 2018, none of the ID photos we've taken have ever been rejected.

However, if there is an issue and your photo needs to be resubmitted, we will refund the cost of the photo and retake it for you at no additional charge.
