• Do sessions come with Digital images?

Yes, they do, our session packages come with a selection of digital images.

• Do you provide the High high-resolution images?

Yes, we do. You will receive edited JPEG files at 5000×3333 @ 250 dpi. These high-resolution edited files can be printed as large as a movie poster (20×30) at full resolution with no degradation in quality.

The original files from the shoot will also be provided at 2500×1667 @ 200 dpi.

• How to Book a Session

To book a session, follow these steps: Consultation > Reservation > Contract Signing > Deposit Payment > Photo Session > Final Payment > Select Edited Photos from Online Gallery > Initial Review of Edited Photos > Download All Files > Optional (Receive Framed Photos/Albums).

• Booking Details

After receiving the electronic contract, you must sign it within 2 days and pay the deposit (30% of the total fee) within 24 hours after signing. The reservation will be confirmed once these steps are completed. The reservation will be automatically cancelled if the contract is not signed within 2 days or the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of signing.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy

The deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel at least 45 days before the scheduled session date. No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made less than 45 days before the session. You may reschedule the session once, provided you do so at least 40 days in advance of the original date. If you are late for the scheduled session, the session time will not be extended, and the shoot will end at the time specified in the contract.

• Photo Editing

All unedited original photos with colour correction will be uploaded to an online gallery on the night of the photo shoot. After selecting the designated number of images for editing and informing us of your choices, the edited photos will be delivered within a maximum of 2 weeks (depending on the number of edits). In the absence of any special requests, the edited images and original files will be available for download as a compressed file from the online gallery the next day.

If you have specific editing requests, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate them to the best of our ability. Basic editing includes scar/blemish removal, whitening, tone correction, and adjustments to hair/clothing, excluding excessive alterations.
